This noisy world we live in. The commitments, deadlines, fix this, do that, and expectations make it hard to get clarity... peace of mind, famous or not.
We have to consciously put ourselves in a place to receive much needed clarity, answers.
Then the part that comes after... peace.
Whether that's through prayer, meditation, a walkabout, being in the right company, a road trip, whatever it is for each of us.

Narcissistic behavior is typical when trying to turn people against you and trying to re-gain control over you in order to isolate you.
This is what narcissistic abusers do when their source of narcissistic supply of you, their target, escapes and finally breaks-free from the recentless narcissistic abuse.
