I called the bank this morning to verify accounts and what I was seeing online.
A joint account now connected to a Momentum Account. They explained to me it was open yesterday. This was without my knowledge, because it was done secretly.
The bank representative explained that this type of account is used to transfer money. From a joint account, to his secret account. A new account that I had no knowledge of... nor any access to because it was done, secretly on September 8, 2022. A day after he came over to cut only the front grass, that was also just to pretend to agree to be civilized with me, because he had another hidden agenda. HUGE MISTAKE on my part to trust anyone who has shown me nothing but, not to trust them.
That's one thing during our marriage... I never kept secrets. If I needed to do such... then I didn't need to be married.
His arrogance... that he has no consequences for his actions. I refuse to any longer be near him nor speak to him. I don't know him. His behavior is downright scary. It makes me feel uneasy and extremely nervous. Being around him or talking to him is like walking on eggshells. Instead of being intimidated again, from a mere joint ATM card he demanded. I took it, along with something he got served with by whomever and dropped it off at Planet Fitness. Why?.Because this is a stranger that doesn't care about anything or anyone, except themselves. Telling me, he's joining Planet Fitness without as he agreed, discussing excess expenses first.
Being an adult means, your bills which is part of responsibilities comes first. But you cannot force someone to understand that concept. It isn't worth me being intimidated, and stressed the hell out.
The bank explained the new account set up from the joint account would be an issue needed handled in court. The bank can only verify accounts, they can not enforce legal separation agreements.
If my grandmother was alive, I would definitely have the help needed. Because I could really use her help and emotional support.
It's beyond disturbing, to once again realize... that this was nothing but a mere stranger. And a marriage made of nothing but a scam, lies and hidden agendas. Can't say I haven't heard the same opinions from now... many.
