What was very long overdue... is now finished. Onto removing the entire roof! With the major storms, back-to-back, the list of extensive repairs goes by priority... FIRST!.
Plumbing/excavation is another project within itself. First the back of the yard needs built up with dirt and drainage rock. That part is Eric's job!
Next, digging by hand.... the rest of the left part of the house/foundation. No one, not even the city is sure where the visible pipe begins or ends.
The roofing company wanted to start removing the chimney and shingles this week. Then tarp, weather permitting. However, I had A/C issues... so priority went to the furnace technician yesterday on repairs.
Maybe... just building from the ground up? At this point, sure would had been cheaper!
