Estranged families, should never ask your neighbor or neighbors to keep "dibs" on you or another family member.
Simply put...
Anyone ever asks you to do so?
Estranged family issues, are not of anyone's business. Nor is it any neighbors job, to keep "dibs" on neighbor's family members.
Anyone asks you to do so?. 
Simply put...
"Do so yourself. Your family dysfunction, is not of my business." 
"I have my own business, under my own roof, to attend to."
Sadly, privacy is hard to come by in this world. However, everyone deserves the right to privacy in their own home. 
Security cameras are to protect "your" property. If you have your camera(s) aimed on other's neighbors homes, instead of your own property? You are invading the right to privacy of others. If any neighbors security cameras are aiming directly into your garage, doors or windows. That is invasion of your privacy. One should feel safe and respectfully, have privacy within their own home.
Folks, respectfully adjust your security cameras, accordingly.

I would rather keep my wild child days in the past... where they belong. However, no one could ever say... we didn't have a blast!
I enjoyed being the coordinator of all the fun! I made sure everyone had the best time, no matter the weather... or what!

If you think your actions, behavior and decisions... out of pure hatred. 
If you think they don't affect people, for the rest of their lives?..
THINK AGAIN.
I don't think anyone, would blame me for throwing in the towel. I'm past, physically exhausted.
Sending flowers from a group of people. Whom have caused nothing, but over a decade of problems, for not just myself. But as well, for many others.
To the person who delivered the flowers;
I haven't heard from these estranged individuals, in over a decade. I haven't been included as a unit or a whole, for over a decade. Time doesn't heal any wounds, when people feel they don't owe you any apologies. I sat alone for 2 years of Christmas seasons, that had come... and gone. You don't get to do a do-over.
The last time, they sang Happy Birthday to me, was so long ago... I don't remember the birth year. With absence... time makes for only becoming mere, strangers.
Don't you find it mighty strange too, for sending flowers?.
