Post Surgical...Reasonable Expectations🤔

 

I had my first of many post surgical video appointments this week. 12-hours was my limit on going zilch with the old pain medication/narcotics. I have officially surrendered my attempt at being heroic 🏳 flag.

The insomnia has been off the charts (up 33-hours) with such a drastic diet, syringe liquids. Down 5.5 pounds in 6 days. 

My attempts at getting some fresh air this morning, turned into another failed heroic moment. 15 minutes later, after bending over to just trim back some flowers... winded, dizzy and back to vomiting.
